After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service Provider wanted some advance well before shipment. Initially, I wanted to pay at the time of pick up but later I said that I was ready to pay in advance with a written contract agreement. Now he is not responding to my calls nor emails. Based of my interaction, I do not believe that he is going come to pick my luggage.
