I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Following the booking on August 28 I was in contact with Carlos Bernal. In the booking detail it states that the shipper will pick up within 5 days and delivery within 5 days of booking. This did not occur. However, I did have some flexibility and I was agreeable as long as delivery was made. I was told that the company was busy running shipments east to New York but that he would try to deliver the tractor the week of September 12. I tried contacting Carlos this week asking if the delivery
