A pleasure! What a great family! Excellent communication, VERY flexible, and super friendly. What hardworkers! We delivered around midnight, reorganized the truck in front of their home, and left around 3 AM--they were still up setting up their beautiful dining room set! I hope we get the chance to work together again.

This was my first attempt to ever use an on-line shipper so I was pretty nervous about it. I used Filip at Penn Antique to move my very large, heavy and expensive couches from Austin to CA. It required two people to drag down steps and weighed about 200 pounds for each piece. They called me three days before, arrived on time to the minute, did a great job of moving and wrapping and delivered exactly as promised with no problems. A PLEASURE to do business with! Highly recommended.
