I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Sorry for not being in California in time to pick up your items but I rather make sure my equipment is in safe working order. As the previous cancellation stated I had a broken leaf spring Tuesday which took forever to find a replacement. I never gave any excuses but some people just don’t realize that It’s a single person business. I book the shipments, drive and do the repairs so forgive me if these do not run as smoothly as they should.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time So disappointing. Jay knew the time crunch we were under and the importance of getting this picked up in time, but he couldn’t do it even tho he promised he could. As the owner of the company, I have no idea how he had no control over his drivers and couldn’t communicate with them. I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because he was a very nice guy. But in the end, he didn’t pickup on the day he said he would, and couldn’t do it the day after that either.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Miles had so many chances to pickup our furniture, but he just kept giving excuses day after day. And because of that we missed a very important deadline. Very disappointed in what transpired.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I was not notified that the shipment was not ready for pickup and thus several days passed without me being able to resolve this issue. When I called to see where the shipment was, they said it was never picked up. Now I am having to use another provider to get the shipment in time for a customer installation.
