The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Scheduled for pick up on Wednesday. Was told by Central Transport they had to roll over until Thursday, then Friday, then Monday because "their truck couldn't fit the pallet".
They are a disgrace. No other carrier brings these consistent issues.
I would suggest to customers to go with the next cheapest option. It's not worth the stress of having to micro-manage this careless/non-caring carrier. I don't even want to mention them by name now.
