Our first total screw up! 1st we overbooked and after moving the bike from OK City to Chicago, I had to hire someone to help us move it the rest of the way to Virginia. 2nd we damaged the bike. I'm doing everything possible to make this right with the customer. We have dropped the bike off at the dealership, paying the bill to have it repaired and have offered a $250 refund. Charles, I'm sorry for everything. Hopefully I will be able to make it up to you in the future. Thank you.

We had some issues with the transport of my bike in that is was damaged in transit, BUT, the true measure of a shipper is what they do when things don't go according to plan. Tim Miller is one of the most honorable and trustworthy folks that I have done business with with regard to shipping. When the bike was damaged he arranged for the drop off to to the local BMW dealer and provided his credit card for full repair and cleaning. He kept me fully informed wrt to the status and delivery and follo

He provided regular status and will do whatever is required to make it right for the customer. He rates 5 out of 5. Would seek him out to do business again when I wanted to ship stuff. Thanks Charles for the good rating. This Shipper went through a lot to get and enjoy his new motorcycle. We damaged it during transport and had to have it delivered to a BMW dealership to be fixed. Unfortunately, this meant the customer wasn't able to ride it for a couple weeks. Sorry for everything...hopefully everything will work out better next time. We Thank you for being so understanding. Great price, on time, door to door, shipment was perfect in every way. Motorcycle was protected and delivered as bought. Very accomodating to seller and buyer to make a great match. I called Jim several time, each time he answered the phone and gave accurate information. Best shipper I have every used. STRONGLY recommend for any motorcycle or car.
