The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The reason stated for the cancellation was due to flooding. There are no impassable roads in a 100 mile radius of me and all interstate highways are totally open. This was a convenient excuse for the provider who was clearly delayed. She pushed back our pickup time twice. Once, at 11:30pm the day before the scheduled pickup, then, 2 hours before the newly scheduled pickup she said she was at least running 4 hours late. Finally, she cancels 1 hour before the 3rd rescheduled time.
