I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I have been in California for three days doing drop offs ,with no response .I am on my way back to Oklahoma now .So I need to cancell this shipment.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. She will not answer phone calls or emails and I am not able to set up pickup or delivery.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was delayed being out of town due to illness. Plus his communication is not the best. He claims he keeps calling (he only called once) but then he says he doesn't have my phone number. He has a bad attitude.

These are the nicest, most efficient people I've ever worked for! Excellent communication. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I will never deal with anyone else!!! They are the best, best, best!
