The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Poor communication. I had to call them several times and only reach them one time which they said they were on their way and that was three days ago. Mailbox is always full, unreachable. What a waste of time

Shipment originally scheduled one week after accepting on USHIP.com. A week came and went. A few days after I’m notified my shipment will be picked up. On pickup day I’m notified that in fact, my shipment cannot be picked up because it’s not on a pallet. I had specified that prior.
