A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Steve and Terry, the carrier, had a family-related medical emergency that prevented them from pickup of my table in the scheduled time. Both Steve and Terry have been great communicators with me. I wish them the best and hope this emergency resolves soon for them.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I am unsure why, during this pandemic, the carrier did not communicate with me despite my multiple voicemails and texts to him. The estimated pick-up date range (April 22-25) passed without communication from the carrier and without pick-up.
