After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We stated that we would arrange pickup by 12/12. Customer called at 11pm 12/11 to cancel shipment because he was not comfortable with the transportation. Customer had discussed with us on 12/11 that the driver would arrange pickup in the afternoon 12/12. We advised due to weather that the driver was a little behind in his schedule. The customer was very rude & even hung up on the after hours dispatch. This customer is not trustworthy & no one should ever be treated the way this customer tre Response from Jesse S.: dispatch was rude to me because of time of day I called trucking is24/7 and they were unable to deliver according to their paperwork dates and elected not to argue and hung up require deposit be refuinded promptly

this guy is fabulous! he kept in contact through the process was on time and actually arrived earlier than expected. item was in good care and we would recomend anyone use his services and be confident that your item will arrive as stated. good going thanks Mike

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward on paperwork date of delivery was not able to be honored and shipper was very rude to me so I hung up with no further discussion request return of deposit and would not recoment shipper to anyone who can not deliver as stated on paperwork regardless of weather trucking goes 24/7 Disptcher complained about me calling her at time of day called and again trucking goes 24/7 and request return of deposit I will find alternate means of transportation. Jesse Response from applog: Customer called at 11pm after we previously discussed earlier in the day that the driver would be arriving the next day after lunch. We advised that the driver was delayed due to the weather & that the driver ran out of hours. Customer could not understand this and we could not reason with him. Trucking is 24/7 but office hours are normal 8am to 7pm, 11pm is a little excessive to call to cancel could of waited until the next morning. Also, found out customer did not pay for the machine.
