About Me
I have accepted a high level corporate position with a company in Sacramento. My family and I are permanently relocating there the middle of May. We love our dogs!

Roxie and Toby were great dogs to be around. Clay and his entire family were a pleasure to work with, always available and very easy to communicate with. Both dogs can have a ride with me anytime they would like. Thank you again for using SC Express.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There's 2 other shipments that I need to pick up that the dates had to be switched. I wanted to pick up early and drop off earlier as well, but the customer cannot do it. And I can't afford to drive around for at least 2 days with the customers dogs in my vehicle because I won't able to fit the 2 shipments.

Please do not rely on this shipper! He lied to me and did not stick with our agreement and now has left me and my family in a bind to get our animals to our new home.

Gary and his service was exceptional! He communicated on a consistent basis and met all of our expectations and the commitments he made. My dogs were cared for in a genuine fashion and they arrived happy and healthy to see us 2000 miles away. His service was professional, timely and best in class! I highly recommend his company and service to any prospective customer!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We spoke on the phone yesterday and had a verbal agreement to stick with the original terms of the agreement. The shipper is the one trying to make changes. My family's travel plans and the movers are already booked and arriving tomorrow. This is unacceptable and the shipper has to fulfill his agreement to the implied contract and payment that I have already made. It is not my fault he is making different arrangements. If he can not meet the agreement made then he is in breach of contract.
