Paul was excellent! Not only is he very familiar in moving grand pianos he is also in the business. He took His time in wrapping and packing up the grand piano at my home in Texas. He was extremely careful loading it onto the truck in securing it. He showed up on time and he also delivered it on time. He delivered my piano in California in perfect condition and set it up as requested. I would highly recommend Paul to anybody who needs anything moved. He is personable, friendly. A+++
