I'm sorry for the inconvenience! Response from Elizabeth S.: This was extremely inconvenient, because you did not respond to my multiple emails and calls over the last week. If you had responded, I would have booked with another provider and there would be no problem for me. Your voicemail was full on one occasion, so I wrote an email letting you know. On another occasion, you picked up the phone but did not speak. You did not respond to any of my emails. I only got a response after asking UShip finally suspended your account.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I tried several times to get in touch with PPG after they bid and I booked, and I did not get a response. It has been extremely inconvenient, and their five day pickup window has passed. I need this shipment and I wish I could have booked with another provider.
