Excellent transporter. Good communication, and they actually did what they said they would do, in the time frame in which they said they would do it in, which is a rare thing to find on Uship (at least in my experience). OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. HAD MECHANICAL PROBLEMS, THROUGH NO FAULT OF HIS OWN, BUT HE STILL PULLED THROUGH AND MADE THE DELIVERY HAPPEN IN A TIMELY/PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, AND I HOPE TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

100% OUTSTANDING SERVICE IN EVERY RESPECT. HOPE TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN! HE ACTUALLY DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID.......WHICH IS A RARITY THESE DAYS!!!

1.) transporter refused to communicate verbally via telephone.
2.) We requested in the bid that the transporter tarp the load if shipped on an open trailer. The load was not tarped as requested.
3.) Transporter was rude and abrasive in email communications.
4.) Transporter was late picking up, and late delivering.
Response from mynatt: 1. We never refused to communicate via phone. Email is preferred b/c when we are on the road we can't always stop to make a call or wait for someone's return call.
2. The load was covered per their instructions but the bad weather practically destroyed the tarp so it was removed prior to delivery.
3. Never was anyone rude in email. The customer was politely told to let us do our job.
4.Our bid stated pick up w/in 2 days of booking & delivery w/in 2 days of pickup, both of which were done.
