We are sorry you feel that way, but we tried our best to meet our time frame. Our truck was late due to several issues, severe rain and thunderstorms, cars that were not ready when they were suppose to be, but customer was informed and it was "ok" with the delay. Car was delivered 2 days after promissed, exactly 7 days from FL to CA, is not unacceptable and it's the time frame used,7-10 days, but since the truck was almost full when we booked I promissed 5-7 days.

Frank was on time (actually early) gave me a detailed report of the condition of the boat and trailer before the tow, communicated well and daily, and when I did call him, he answered everytime. I would definitely use him again.
