I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer had to delay the transport as I was a 2nd leg in this transport. The 1st keb was flying to the puck up point and had jet problems from what I was told. Wanted to see if we could do NM to MS. I had sent a message saying that we could do this but it would be closer to the 16th to 18th for pick up. I never heard back so I assumed it was not a good time. Hope they were able to get the transport figured out. Very nice lady.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have no idea how this person got the idea that "Arrival was supposed to be approximately 5 PM". You can clearly see in my Q & A and in my bid that I gave no arrival time in Clovis. Also, as per my own policy, I never give quotes on arrival times. She claims "No call was made even to confirm booking", but also says "he called at 7". I called as soon as I was able to stop and check my email. I was only 10 minutes away! She also claims that Uship only gave her one phone number for me. I have two.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I am going to lose the money I paid for the dog if she is not picked up by the date this girl specified. We have discussed this for days now came to an agreement and now she is canceling which is going to cause a huge problem for me. She should not be allowed to be on uship; this is very unprofessional and could cause serious problems for me and others if she is allowed to continue

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Arrival was supposed to be approximately 5 pm instead no call was made even to confirm the booking and he called at 7. Not comfortable with communication or timing.

She's obviously lying!Read the q&a in the post! I NEVER said I would be there at 5:00! She says I never called, but that I did call at 7:00?! I called when I found out shipment was booked. I was 10 minutes away! Called shipper 3 times before she finally answered the phone. I have 2 numbers in my profile, shipper says there's only one?! Shipper made a deal and backed out. Totally dishonest! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ben is a trusted transporter. Don't worry about the lack of feedback, he has just started. I was nervous accepting a bid from someone w/out feedback, but I'm sure glad I did! Ben picked up and delivered my precious cargo with much careful consideration... and frequent check-ins along the way. My puppy arrived safe and sound and happy!!!
