Communication from beginning to end with kpukas was EASY and we always knew what was going on. She was extremely friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. She gave us updates as she traveled and eased our minds about our newest little pup, Sky. Sky showed up happy and clearly well taken care of. I'd definitely recommend her to others!
