Not happy with the service from this provider at all, not only did the truck not come pick up the mower I had to take it to the terminal myself!! That's not what I paid for plus getting this provider to call you back is next to impossible! So really consider other options before using them in my opinion

customer could only do a 8 am to 8:15 pick up window which was impossible for us to get a truck there that early and the window is unacceptable in our industry) and therefore the only way to accommodate his busy schedule was for him to drop it at our local terminal - We require a 3 hour window - we have other pickups in the area and with traffic nowdays no trucker (unless they have nothing better to do) can work with a 15 minute window for pick ups.

The broker is great and is super easy to work with, however the driver was very rude and didn't respect us at all, he refused to drive into my street instead he block half of a major road even after me telling him please not to, Scout was delivered very fast though just wish the driver wasn't so rude and respected my local area better the shipper AKI is awesome. Thank you

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment For 2 weeks I didn't hear anything from them. I tried contacting with no replies. 3rd week I get a message stating they are running behind. Now out of no where a cancellation request. Terrible service horrible communication. Now my cust is very upset with me and I have no control. Worst experience ever.

WOW, Mike and crew was the best, they communicated with me every step of the way, very polite, honest and most off all they cared about my package as if it meant the world just as they do with each package. I have a new driver now!! Thank you so so so much!!!
