Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services After issues with the fires in Southern Ca and the issues with the boat we lost to move back we requested this to be cancelled weeks ago. We don't feel that it is our fault that he bought a boat in a major snow zone and did not winterize it. When we got the bid, the temperatures were ALREADY to cold and the boat should have been winterized. The boat is in CHICAGO.

this guy is on drugs, the boat s in Michigan not Chicago!!!!!Please read yomanracing last eight feedbacks in october 2007 from other costumers, he went as far as using the misary of others regarding fires in San Diego to cover his lies. please email me at [email protected] and will send you proof of all his rideculus lies, a total Con , stole my money and has not refunded to date. Make sure you do not send this yomanracing no cash,deposit or trust him in any way, he cost me thounsand in delays

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper cost me thousand of dollars in delays, lies and damages. when I accepted his offer he stated in writting by email that he will pick up the boat in the next few days. 5 weeks later, no return calls and no pick up. Shipper took $600 via bank wire from me and never returned the amount.The marina closed its doors and the boat was damaged for not being winteized and the shipper delays and constant lies.

$600 returned to the customer as services were not rendered. No issues with returning customers down payment. DID have a few issues with how the customer treated us. DID take five weeks but the customer recieved phone calls for the first three. Stopped communication due to aggressiveness. Refuse to degrade the customer in response as this would be stooping to his level. All said, customer should have had his boat winterized when first listing boat. This was early fall in Chicago and very cold
