The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper did not show up to transport my product at the agreed upon time and date. In fact, the person I spoke to initially had no ties to Rite Way Transport (Robert). Steve with Rite Way attempted to help me, but he was unable to do so.

They picked up our load on time, as promised, and delivered it to us early. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful. Dennis kept us up to date at all times. Their equipment was clean and well maintained. I would recommend them.
