After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer When I originally quoted on job my schedule was clear and by the time the customer finished quote shopping for the lowest offer I had already booked another load and it was confirmed and I have the customer more than 3 hours notice before letting them know that I am still on the road delivery my previous job and told customer that I would be there the following morning while I was waiting on a response customer obviously became mad that I didn’t respond quickly enough and decided to cancel on me

Not at all, you were not the lowest rate, I fell for that message that said "I can do this tomorrow morning" so I booked with you within an hour after receiving your message... Then after accepting your bid and making contact with you,the next morning was not available, no problem, so we agreed on the following morning, then that was not longer available, and you were actually 100's of miles away. I learned not to fall for a message stating next day avail., before changing orig dates of shipment

Shipper did not pick up on dates stated in their bid. Days later, shipper continues to delay pick up, and cannot confirm any pick up, on any future day?!
