The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Size and weight of windows bigger than discribe

Dimensions of the windows were accurate. Photo was provided. The weight was an estimate, as I had not seen them in person, and it was inaccurate. Regardless of the weight, the service provider was not able to fit the windows in his vehicle. He provided timely response upon finding out he could not accommodate the shipment.
