A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was there to pick up last week but the item was too big Then I schedule for next week but the customer have to pick up early So have to cancel it

Rodrick was awesome! He called immediately and arranged pick up with the auction site. Picked up and delivered the same day. Everything was carefully wrapped and transported. Excellent service! He was also very curteous and friendly to my toddler. Will definiteky be using again!
