Communication very good. Delivery time very fast but delivered at night to place unknown to animals. Over all good experience except for night delivery. Would use again if night delivery not allowed. Also asked for shipping papers back after delivery and have still not received them after calling and requesting.

Good people to work with except when arrived for pick up all the horses where in the pasture. Took over half a day to catch them up. None had any trailer loading experience so took a while to train them. All the horses were smart and responsive but between catching horses in pasture and making sure first time trailer training was a good experience for horses as to not cause later trouble for them it put our trucks schedule quite a bit behind.
