There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The customer had the pickup and drop-off reversed there's no way I could pick up in South Carolina today I offered because it was Indiana but that was wrong.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The customer confirmed with me over the phone that her dog was not ready to ship due to breeding times being off with the dogs cycle. I have since created a new route and can no longer drive the extra distance to accommodate this shipment. She was easy to work with and explained her circumstances well.

dawn and her son were very professional and worked with the dogs in a very easy and calm manor.they even arrived sooner than planed,that was a first and I loved it. would use them ahain.

he lied to me about his price to deliver the dog,it was only #15.00 but it was still a lie,other than that it was done on time and the animal was in good health
