The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer misrepresented the size of the vehicles in this bid. I still attempted to service the shipment by removing outside dually tires from the vehicles to fit on my trailer and then I find out that the 5000 lbs. per vehicle which he listed was incorrect. This caused me to blow out 3 tires and have my vehicle impounded which I cannot retrieve until the shipper pays the towing and storage fees which they are refusing to do.

Service provider overloaded his 8000lb trailer. We paid for his first tire,he had no money. Our trucks got impounded he refused to pay, cost me 800.00 to get our 2 trucks back plus 300.00 tire service. He abandoned the shipment. This has been reported to DOT & MC Comm. & USHIP.. Almost 1200.00 into our 1200.00 total price we still have 4 truck left to be shipped. Don't use this guy.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled This service provider should not have booked this shipment. Service Provider arrived with trailer under-rated for the load.. The weight of the vehicles exceeded the cargo weight of the trailer tires by 2000 lbs.He told us his cargo weight could only be 8000lbs, however he loaded the 10000 lb load. He told us this after the problems started.. They never should have been loaded. We also paid for the shippers first road service as he stated he had no money to pay for the repair. Wrong, I told the shipper my trailer could carry 10,000 lbs which he said this shipment was. His 2 vehicles actually exceeded 14,000 lbs. so his misrepresentation of the shipment caused damage to my trailer tires. Get the facts straight.
