Perfect! Alex negotiated price, asked great questions about the rig before acceptance of offer, communicated throughout from pick up to delivery. When encountering a problem with the slide on RV, he calmly dealt with the situation and found a solution, keeping me informed all the way. Pick up and delivery on time and exactly as agreed. Professional service with a competent and kind young man. Well Done! Will use again and will recommend to all who need transport.

Great experience...from the acceptance of the quote to delivery we were texted and contacted. There was a small challenge enroute and the driver took initiative, called to discuss and resolved the issue. We would definitely use Back2UExpress again

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After accepting the terms of shipment, I received communication immediately from the provider with contact numbers. They were very responsive in the days leading up to picking up the shipment, but unfortunately, they experienced vehicle problems and a death in the family which forced a delay. They communicated that and I accepted the delayed timeframe. Next came the text that due to a family members injury and ER visit they would have to cancel the shipment.
