The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it First of all before the shipments was booked costumer replied very fast to all questions and then put pressure to get it done fast, after shipment was booked the driver and I tried contacting him since he didn't enter any information at all to get item picked up and he entered his grandma's phone number she wouldn't give the messages to him. After multiple attempts and email he responded the next day when the driver had already left the area and when he got there it was a lot more stuff than ori

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period They did such a terrible job after I called them multiple times to make sure everything would be OK and they never contacted me back about why they couldn't pick up the item or I'd they needed any other documentation that could have been provided immediately. They've cost me $100's in storage fees already with their lack of due diligence and over lack of caring about what they are doing. I called several times a day and after not picking it up the first time I call again the next few days to mak

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment They were unequipped to pick it up Response from annaquerida79: It's unbelievable how you can lie and thin you can get away with it. Costumer misrepresented the shipment and had a lot more stuff than listed originally and communication was horrible, had to communicate with his grandma and couldn't even provide a Phone number to get the stuff picked up on time. People like us do this for a living and people like you is what's hurting this business. Very dishonest person!!
