A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We were contracted to pickup and deliver a shipment for 6/22 by noontime. Saturday night, the shipper accepted our bid and within 2 hrs we had a schedule change that would not allow us to make the deadline. We contacted the shipper immediately (Sat-2 hrs after bid acceptance) and told her we could not deliver by noontime on the 22nd. She then wanted a discount for delivery after the 22nd and we could not do that. We never encouraged her to relist. We just wanted her to get her shipment on t

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider agreed to meet a deadline before I booked then notified me he could NOT meet the agreed upon deadline. He then encouraged me to cancel and re-list my shipment.
