Great experience with this shipper! Brandon was very communicative and let me know where my bike was during the entire process. When he arrived, the bike was properly tied down and protected. It was a very smooth process. I highly recommend using Chasing Sun Transportation!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Ficklin & Freight has been completely uncommunicative. They have not picked up the item, 3 weeks after the pickup date. They do not respond to multiple e-mails from me or Uship. They do not respond to text messages. Once, they answered the phone and hung up on me. Waste of time to deal with.
