Had a great experience with these movers. Great communication between the movers, myself, and the person I was getting the item from. They came when they said they would. Also, the tworld guys that delivered it were very polite. Thanks!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Very unprofessional.No communication.In a group text with him, myself, and the person I bought an item from (which he was supposed to be picking up from her),he referred to another one of his customers as a "douche" several times,saying that he was set back at least a day.He pushed off the pickup day twice. Then asked the older lady I was purchasing the item from to meet her at 11 or 12 at night!Then agreed to meet the nextra morning at 730 and we never heard from him again.Now won't respond.
