Keith was great!!! He delivers more than what he promises! After a disaster with a previous shipper, Keith stepped in and fix their mistakes. I would recommend him with no reservations.

This was one part of two items to be shipped. The shipper never picked up the other item and I am owed a refund after over one month of waiting The delay was unacceptable.

After the owner of the company left with the money, I personally ended up paying back the refund. This whole shipment should not have ended on this note, for this I am sorry. Please understand that I had nothing to do with this particular shipment and I do not operate my business in the fashion. Christine
