I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The shipping location did not have the freight packaged properly and had an engine hanging off the side so the carrier would not accept the freight at pickup due to possibly damaging it in transit. I requested that the shipper have the items crated and offered to have the same carrier come back out to pick it up at the same rate agreed upon but they never asked us to come back out to have it picked up. we are refunding the amount paid.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The pick up location was not able to load the shipment as due to the size of the shipment there would be a change in pricing for shipment. The service provider informed that a flat bed truck would be needed to pick up the load. I requested a refund from the service provider in I paid them $600 directly. I also would like a refund of the deposit that was directly taken from account from USHIP.

This was an excellent service provider. Robert was great an delivered as promised. I would definitely be using their services again and highly recommend this service provider to other shippers. He picked up my mitsubishi fuso truck in tennessee and delivered it in Pompano Beach,Florida contacting me along the way giving me an update! Great Service! Thank you!

Leah cordinated the pick up of shipment within hours ... she was great! This service provider picked up my shipment in Arkansas and was ready to be delivered the day before it was suppose to arrive in Tennessee. I highly recommend their services. I will definitely use them again! That stay on top of the job!

Stan was excellent service provider that I will use again for shipping. He picked up the shipment promptly and delivered on time. He also communicated well through out the entire process. I would highly recommend him to other shippers.
