It would have been a great experience if he hadn’t decided that turning off his phone because he was sick was a better option than just letting us know he was going to be late because of it. We would have been understanding, but instead we spent 5/6 days wondering where he was and if we’d just lost our kids beds and keepsakes. Would have been a great experience if he would have remained in communication.

He got sick ans instead of letting us know he would be 5/6 days late, he just turned off his phone and left me panicked thinking he had stolen all of my kids beds, clothes and keepsakes. He left me “neutral” feedback when in reality if he had called or texted vs just disappearing for days everything would have been fine. No apologies, just excuses. Wouldn’t use again.
