The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Service Provider is currently under Uship suspension, per Uship email, and therefore I am not comfortable proceeding with the transaction.
I would like to think that their delays, lack of follow up calls and emails, stalling for time, no shows, lack of professional demeanor,the general way they do business is an exception, not the rule.
The fact is I feel entitled to more information than was given about their suspension. I would hope that Uship would be more forthcoming with details
