I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

I was very pleased with this provider. He was prompt to the day of pickup and delivery. I didn't have to do a thing - they wrapped my furniture, placed it on the truck, set up delivery time 3 days later, and followed through as promised. Having been through a bad experience with another provider, this guy seemed sent from heaven by comparison. I was relieved and very satisfied with this provider's work!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider kept promising to pick up in "3 to 5 days", or "next week", or "tomorrow afternoon" but never showed up. After two months of this they offered to pick up at a half price discount if I could wait 2 more weeks. I agreed, but the pick up never happened.
After almost 3 months of waiting, the provider left a message on our home phone (although I had informend him no one would be home during the day and he would need to call our cell phone to contact us)and said pick up would
