Worst experience ever! (I've moved 6 times in 12 years)
Didn't have enough space for all of my items because of another shipment so had to rent a U-Haul and drive remainder myself
Damaged the stairs at pickup location w/ dolly
Shipment arrived 72 hours late, transferred to new trailer due to vehicle damage
So many badly damaged items. Two sentimental lamps completely destroyed, both fiancé + daughter's dressers and my new office chair unusable, etc
Not a team to trust with a household move.
