Swift Auto Transportation was a disaster. They ignored the date window or signed up without certainty they could hit it. The 1st driver dispatched bailed out because he was "unreliable" so we got a 2nd driver. Isn't their value prop to have reliable drivers? The second driver called me 3 hours away and said I needed to be home at 8:30pm on a Sat night or they would put the car in storage (threateningly). He was a thug. Swift was worthless. I'd never book with them again ever.
