Agreed to a certain pickup time through messaging back and forth, but was a day late on pickup. Through lining up the pickup details they were supposed to give at least an hour heads up but just showed up without any notice. Response from Jose1987: I call Ryan so many times but he is one special customer to deal with. Good luck working with him

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After booking I received no communication from the provider. I reached out 12 hrs after booking and was asked for more details about the shipment. Company said they would reach out once they got in route to pickup but I’ve yet to hear from them. I reached out and got no answer- this shipment is already a day behind schedule and now will be several due to it not getting picked up.
