Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

I called at least 5 times, he said he would contact the location directly for the pickup, neither I or the pick up location was contacted for over a week. I left several messages with no response. Still to this day he never called me back.

For: Glass Flower Case
I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I booked the shipment, he told me he would pick it up the next week and he would contact the person who had the flower case. He never called them, I tried at least 5 times to reach him with no answer. Finally his sister in law picked up the phone and said she couldn't talk, she was in the embassy. It's been over 2 weeks with no reply, so I need to get another shipper.

Bryan was great to work with. He did everything he said he would, on time and kept me in the loop all the way through the trip. It was delivered on time and he even took some extra precautions to secure items on the boat that were loose. I would use Bryan again in a heart beat. Everyone from both dealers said he was a great guy and really cared about how it was secured and handled. This was my first time buying an item long distance, Bryan made it easier to deal with.
