Will not be using this shipper again: damaged/ripped out a post on client's property, and delivered at 11pm at night, instead of the originally promised 8pm. Had to compensate client $200 for the inconvenience and damage. Shipper jeopardized client relationship and refused to make it right. I tried to ask for $50-100 to refund the client for what ultimately was a $200 refund, but shipper refused. Shipper tried to get client to claim through insurance, which would have taken forever.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Will not work with this service provider again. I didn't hear anything from him the day of pickup, and had to email and call before he notified me that pickup would be scheduled the next day, when we were CLOSED. VERY unprofessional. Also SWORE at me on the phone! I told him that wouldn't work, he had promised that morning, and we were closed on Sunday. He didn't care, claimed he ran a business and stuff happens. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! PAY ATTENTION TO THE 1-STAR REVIEWS!!
