The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services My advert gives full details - height,weight and also link to eBay ad. The courier turned up but could not get in his van. Said he would return later in week with bigger van. Having waited for him to come back to me for 5 days I chased him and was told to request a cancellation as not viable for him.
