A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When we arrived to pick up a vehicle for another uship client, the vehicle was gone. We tried to contact the customer to no avail. We then applied a cancellation and sort a new delivery on the spur of the moment. That is when we placed the bid in mention. Guess what, as soon as the bid was accepted the original customer contacted us. We did not have time to juggle the shipments. The problem was due to another uship cancellation and not our intention. We are still able to do this but not timely.

I asked you questions and you never responded. When I accepted your bid you would not even return my phone call. I will NOT use Uship ever again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider said he would pickup in 2 days when he submited the bid. Now he says it will be a week or more before he will even pickup the bike. He has yet to return my call, I got this info from the person selling the bike. Uship should screen these people better.

I know that this was upsetting. But we had another uship customer that cancelled on us at the last min, we were trying to re-arrange our deliveries. We notified the customer of our problem, so not sure what went wrong.
