Rich and team had a number of challenges crossing the country, including some car trouble, so this shipment was delayed. However, we booked it with an open-ended timeline and had no expectation of immediate delivery. Communication was good theoughout and all of our items arrived safe and sound. Superior service from Scott. Not only did he blanket and plastic wrap every piece of furniture with more care than I expected, he hand delivered with a smile. His communication tbroughout was impeccable. He picked up right on time and delivered ahead of schedule (but checked with me first). The world needs more of the focus on customer service and the positivity that Scott brings to his work. I would choose him again and recommend him to anyone. Super nice, reliable guy.

I was a TERRIBLE customer. i even made a boneheaded mistake and tried to send the driver to the wrong city for pick-up. Still, Tim and Sculptured Gardens were total pros. They delivered two fragile antiques across the country literally overnight. I am so happy. Christmas came early this year. Great communication, flawless packing and transport. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

No one was ever more skeptical about uShip than I was. I almost paid a traditional moving co thousands of dollars to move a bedroom set from Atlanta to So Cal. Instead I took a chance and...
