A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Looks like Southern Cali tow companies were all too busy to help multiple times in a row. We can keep trying but we are at their mercy pretty much.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer didn't read the bid terms for the lowest rates we do require a 1 to 7 business day window for pick up, they wanted exact day service and that's not how it was booked

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Great customer service very communicative. The driver that was dispatched did not show up and they were not able to find anyone else.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider unable to give me a estimate of what day they will pick up and I need to make travel arrangements for myself to be there to load.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was told they would be picked up mid or end of the week and now they are saying it won't be until until next week. Nobody has communicated with me, I have to keep reaching out to see what the plans are.
