The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I would do zero stars if i could. i called the local depot before booking and they told me i could drop off the freight by 5pm. I get there in time and they cant provide me with a pro sticker cause they said I didn't book it directly through there website.... Clearly the uship relationship with forward air is almost non existent cause no one in the office had any idea what i was talking about nor could provide me any kind of direction. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider When calling Central Transport at 4:45pm today to see if the pick up would still occur they customer service representative read notes about the pick up stating that someone tried to pick up and could not drive down our driveway and instead of the driver knocking on our door or giving us a call he drove away.
