Roger is the man for YOUR job, fast, courteous, professional. From pickup to drop off he kept in touch with me the whole time and took great care to make sure that my expensive car was well taken care of.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Total deadbeats, did not show up and called with excuses.

Deadbeats? Really? How professional. We ran into horrible weather conditions, including low visibility in the rain and 21 mph winds. I use an open trailer and didn't want my customers items to be damaged in any way. This being said we pulled over for a while to let it pass. Meanwhile, I call him to let him know I was running behind schedule and tried to explain why. He wouldn't hear it. He just yelled. His calcellation request was welcome at that point. I didn't deserve to be treated that way.

Bob is the man. No one can touch his feedback and there is a reason, he is on time, responsible, a man of his word, and best of all a genuinely nice person. I almost want to buy another boat so I can call him again.
