Scott and his team were very nice. He was pleasant to talk to and fairly responsive when asked about his ETA or time frame for picking up my items. My only complaint would be to avoid giving false expectations. We had agreed on a specific day for pickup and drop off, and those were adjusted numerous times over the course of three weeks which altered not only mine but some friend's of mine schedules. My items were delivered with only minor issue, so can't complain overall. Thanks!

thanks for using our company we did have to adjust the pick up dates a couple times due to the customer moving out and me having to meet a friend there. we also delivered to a 2 story condo in which wasn't on the uship contract. we got it to you in a timely matter hope you enjoy your new place. thanks again

Curtis was an absolute joy to work with. I've had a few less than ideal experiences with shippers in the past and it was extremely refreshing having someone like Curtis to work with. He was very kind and professional, continually keeping me up to date on his whereabouts. He was true to his time and day of pick up and drop off, and all of my items were received with no damage to them. Stephen and his uncle were great guys to deal with. We were very disappointed that we could not work with them on this shipment. Our space was very limited on this run and we could not take a chance with this very nice furniture.
