There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I quoted the customer for pick up on the 9th or 10th of September. After communicating with the customer, customer requested the shipment to be picked up on the 11th. I already have another promised delivery on the 11th which is i quoted 9th or 10th for pickup. So unfortunately i will not be able to service this customer

I sincerely apologize for the Jetsfan 1974's wasted time & effort, unfortunately, the pick-up schedule was dictated by the Auction House. The Service Provider, was absolutely terrific to work with, I only wish he had been available to complete the shipment.

I am pleased to write that Fritz took exceptional care with my very heavy & [equally] delicate antiques from the Northern Vermont Pick-Up to the New York City Delivery and final placement in my 12th Floor apartment.
